We are excited to have you as part of the Morgan Automotive Group team! As part of the acquisition and as a new Morgan team member:

  • You will be eligible to enroll in our benefits. The 2023 Benefit guide can be viewed by clicking the benefits link below which will provide you an in- depth overview of all benefit offerings and premiums. 
  • You will be eligible to participate in 401k/Roth with employer match after 60 days of joining Morgan Automotive Group. Please see the 401k link below
  • You will begin to accrue PTO (Personal Time Off) on the 1st day of your employment at your current tenured date.

What to expect Next:

Pre-Employment Background Screening:

As part of our onboarding process and to finalize your candidate profile, click here to consent to a pre-employment background screening through our third-party vendor 1800 Background.com.

Pre-Employment Drug Screening:

In addition to our background screening, you will be required to complete an onsite drug screening which will be conducted after the close of the acquisition. 

What we will need from you to ensure a smooth transition:

  • You will need to provide (2) forms of valid identification so that we can complete your onboarding as required by Federal law.
