As part of the acquisition and as a new Morgan team member:

  • You will be eligible to enroll in our benefits. The 2023 Benefit guide can be viewed by clicking the benefits link below which will provide you an in- depth overview of all benefit offerings and premiums. 
  • You will be eligible to participate in 401k/Roth with employer match after 60 days of joining Morgan Automotive Group. Please see the 401k link below
  • You will begin to accrue PTO (Personal Time Off) on the 1st day of your employment at your current tenured date.

What to expect Next:

Pre-Employment Background Screening:

As part of our onboarding process and to finalize your candidate profile, click here to consent to a pre-employment background screening through our third-party vendor 1800 Background.com.

Pre-Employment Drug Screening:

In addition to our background screening, you will be required to complete an onsite drug screening which will be conducted after the close of the acquisition, on April 5th at 8 AM. 

What we will need from you to ensure a smooth transition:

  • You will need to provide (2) forms of valid identification so that we can complete your onboarding as required by Federal law.
